Project Overview

YKK Building Phase 3, No. 7 San Ping Circuit is located in Tuen Mun. The principal scope was commercial-building roof and building-services waterproofing. The works also addressed maintaining building operations while works proceeded in stages.

The approximately 4,000 m² scope covered roofs, building services, pipework surrounds and related details.

Works were divided into manageable zones around the existing equipment and daily operations, making the refurbishment programme easier to monitor.
