Project Overview

Po Shek Wu Road Public Housing Development, Sheung Shui is located in Po Shek Wu Road, Sheung Shui. The principal scope was waterproofing for below-ground structures, roofs and junction details.

Waterproofing for a large new development is coordinated across horizontal surfaces, walls, roofs and channels, with continuity at structural junctions, internal corners and upstands.

The project brief includes sheet-membrane, liquid-applied and cementitious systems. Close-ups of the below-ground works accompany aerial photographs dated 17 September 2026 to document substrates, wall junctions and waterproofing locations.
