Project Overview
Sha Tin Racecourse Stables Waterproofing is located in Sha Tin. The principal scope was stable-roof waterproofing refurbishment. The works also addressed zoned construction within an operational racecourse environment.
The approximately 3,800 m² works focused on stable-building roofs, with records retained for the different roof areas and construction stages.
The photographs show the existing roof, treatment works and completed waterproofing layer, giving the facilities team a clear view of the work area and site environment.
