Lingnan University is located in Tuen Mun. The principal scope was campus-roof waterproofing. The works also addressed coordination around campus roof equipment and terminations.

The approximately 1,040 m² scope covered campus roofs, equipment bases, drainage points and termination details.

Photographs retain the substrate preparation and waterproofing process, giving the university and facilities team a clear record of the works.
