Project Overview

Kai Lung Wan South Public Housing Development is located in Pok Fu Lam, Southern District. The principal scope was sheet-membrane waterproofing and junction details for below-ground structures.

Below-ground waterproofing is coordinated with reinforcement, formwork and subsequent protection. Substrates and wall junctions are prepared before membrane laps, corners and terminations are covered by the next trade.

Sheet membranes, terminations and drainage protection are coordinated with the project drawings. Aerial photographs dated 30 September 2026 and close-ups from September and October document the site scale, below-ground structures and wall waterproofing progress.
