Project Overview
Hung Wan Industrial Building, Kwun Tong is located in Kowloon. The principal scope was industrial-building roof-waterproofing refurbishment. The works also addressed complete removal of the failed build-up and reinstatement of protection and finishes.
The approximately 620 m² roof at 63–65 Hung To Road had a failed waterproofing system. Works began with removal of finishes back to the structural substrate.
Concrete repairs, new coves and water-stop channels, a liquid-applied membrane, insulation protection and concrete-tile reinstatement formed a complete roof-refurbishment sequence.
