Project Overview

HSBC Main Building is located in Central. The principal scope was commercial-building waterproofing works.

The works covered a full floor occupied by columns, pipework and building services. Floor protection and specific detailing were required at every penetration.

Multiple waterproofing materials were combined to suit the different substrates and uses, with the substrate, equipment bases, pipework surrounds and floor protection completed in zones.
