Project Overview

Content Lodge, Kowloon Tong is located in Kowloon Tong. The principal scope was low-density residential waterproofing.

An approximately 254 m² roof continued to leak after a new waterproofing system and several repairs. Infrared and microwave inspection helped locate the source and affected areas.

The treatment specification, material combination, junction details and work sequence were then adjusted, with completed-roof records retained after the repair.
