Project Overview

Detached-House Swimming Pool, Chung Hom Kok Road is located in Chung Hom Kok. The principal scope was detached-house swimming-pool waterproofing.

Planter soil and existing tiles were removed back to structural concrete. Cracks were repaired, substrates levelled and coves formed at wall-to-floor junctions.

The system combined crystalline and cementitious waterproofing with fibre-mesh reinforcement and water-resistant rendering, followed by continuous water testing and infrared inspection.
