Project Overview

Canossa Hospital (Caritas) is located in Hong Kong Island. The principal scope was medical-facility roof-waterproofing refurbishment.

High-pressure cleaning was followed by crack repairs, new 25 × 25 mm coves and water-stop channels to reinforce wall-to-roof junctions.

The spray membrane formed a uniform continuous layer around equipment and irregular geometry, completed with a UV-resistant topcoat for the exposed and humid Peak environment.
