Project Overview

Beas River Country Club is located in Sheung Shui. The principal scope was waterproofing works for a large clubhouse facility.

Existing tiles, concrete and failed waterproofing were completely removed from the pool and surrounding podium so the new system could be built on a repaired, stable substrate.

Records show the curved pool shell, surrounding podium, junctions and work stages from removal and preparation through spraying and completion.
