Project Overview

Baguio Villa, Pok Fu Lam is located in Pok Fu Lam. The principal scope was residential-estate roof waterproofing.

Timber decking, existing tiles and associated finishes were removed before the original substrate was inspected, repaired and prepared for a new conventional roof-waterproofing system.

Finishes were reinstated after waterproofing, with locations and connections reserved for the solar installation to reduce the risk of later damage to the membrane.
